Why we built this
We run a hosting and email business. For years we watched the same thing happen to our customers: a working day spent inside an inbox, most of it spent on mail no person ever wrote.
The good email apps were built for people whose job is email. They assume a tidy workflow, a single account, and a willingness to hand your entire mailbox to somebody else’s servers. That last part is what stopped us recommending any of them to a chartered accountant or a lawyer.
So GINbox starts from the opposite end. Your mail stays on your device and with your provider. The features work around that constraint rather than ignoring it. And the product is built for someone running a business between meetings, not for inbox zero.

Your mail is yours
Not an asset for us to hold, mine or train on. The design makes that true rather than promising it.
Calm is a feature
Software should interrupt you less, not find new ways to get your attention.
Nothing is ever lost
Every action is written down before the screen changes, and replayed if the connection drops. A bug that loses mail stops all other work.
