Questions people ask

Do I have to move my email?
No. GINbox connects to the mailbox you already have — Zoho, Titan, your company server, most providers. Your address and password stay the same, and nothing is copied anywhere.
What happens when the trial ends?
You drop to Free, which keeps working with one mailbox. Nothing is deleted and no card is charged unless you choose a plan.
Where is my mail stored?
On your device and with your mail provider. Our servers never store your messages, subjects or attachments. Account and billing details are kept in India.
Can I pay monthly?
Plans are billed yearly, which keeps the price where it is. If monthly billing matters to you, write to us.
Do you offer GST invoices?
Yes. Add your GSTIN in Settings and every invoice is a proper tax invoice you can claim input credit against.
What if I want to leave?
Delete your account from Settings. Your mail was never on our servers, so it simply stays with your provider, exactly as it was.
